We are sorry but we do not take online or email bookings so please call us for more details or to make a booking.

Making a reservation
• Please call us on 01929 405584 to make a reservation.
• We will require a deposit equivalent to the first nights stay.
• An online payment for the first night + £3 processing fee by card via PayPal or a cheque made payable to Carole Bickerton will then secure your booking.
• On receipt of your deposit (Paypal is quickest) we will
either email or post a confirmation by return.
•The
deposit (minus 20% processing) is refundable, by cheque only, should you have to cancel subject to our cancellation terms below.
Some house rules!!!
•
Check-in time is not usually before 5.00pm and up to 7.00pm.
(If you think you may be late please contact us well in advance).
• We are a no smoking house and garden.
• Check-out time is by 10.30am on the morning of departure.
• We are sorry but we can only accept cash or cheques for final payment.
Cancellation terms
•
Your deposit will be refunded by cheque if you have to cancel 14 days or more
before the start of your stay with us.
• Should you have to cancel within 14 days of the start of your
stay your deposit will be refunded only if we relet your room.
• Should you cut short your stay during your visit you will be
liable for the full cost of the booking unless we relet your room.
• We will subtract a 20% charge off all refunds & deposit
refunds for administration, postage etc.
